Tennille’s career spans more than 25 years, from holiday homes and penthouses in the Whitsundays to luxury beach houses on the Mornington Peninsula. For a decade she worked exclusively with Harold Mitchell, designing residences from a helicopter-accessed mountain lodge to a Melbourne penthouse inspired by his private jet.
Her philosophy draws on biological design, colour psychology and building health, creating interiors that work in harmony with the nervous system. Regular travel to Milan, Paris, China and the USA gives her clients rare pieces and trade-only collections that cannot be found in the mainstream market.

The journey begins with a private discovery session with Tennille. Through conversation, she learns about your lifestyle, intentions and design preferences, building a clear picture of what the home should express.
Concept & visualisation
Ideas take visual form through sketches, 3D visualisations, floor plans, mood boards and curated materials, so you see how your interiors will function and flow.
Design development
Concepts are refined in detail. Tennille collaborates with architects, builders and trades so structure and style align, and every finish, fitting and furnishing is selected.
Construction documentation
Comprehensive drawings and specifications give builders and tradespeople complete clarity, protecting the design vision through each stage.
Design management
Tennille coordinates implementation with trusted professionals, so you stay informed and supported while every element is delivered to the highest standard.
